Mr. A.H. Malas is a Managing Partner at IRA Capital, where he oversees the firm’s operational activities, including investor and lender reporting, budgeting, and expense control. He also leads the firm’s asset management efforts including IRA Capital’s relationships with third-party management companies.

Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Malas worked at a family office, managing a diverse portfolio of one million square feet of retail and office properties across California, Colorado, and Georgia. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the acquisition and asset management of properties across various asset classes, totaling over eight million square feet and valued at more than $5 billion.
