Managing Partner

Mr. A.H. Malas is a  Managing Partner of IRA Capital. His primary responsibilities include overseeing IRA’s operational activities, which include investor and lender reporting, budgeting, and expense control.  Mr. Malas also directs the firm’s asset management activities and manages the firm’s relationships with its 3rd party management companies.  Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Malas worked with a family office where he was responsible for the asset management of a one million square foot portfolio of retail and office properties located in California, Colorado, and Georgia.  Throughout his career, Mr. Malas has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of properties across product types, totaling more than eight million square feet and valued in excess of $3.0 billion.
