Amer F. Kasm

Managing Partner

Mr. Kasm is a Managing Partner of IRA Capital. His primary responsibilities include directing IRA’s investment strategy and overseeing the firm’s acquisition and portfolio management processes. Throughout his career, Mr. Kasm has been involved in the acquisition, financing, and development of investments valued in excess of $3.0 billion across a range of asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial. Prior to co-founding IRA Capital, Mr. Kasm founded and operated AZUR Realty Partners, a full-service real estate firm where he was responsible for investment, development, and asset management activities for its own account and select third-party clients. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is actively involved in various commercial real estate organizations. Mr. Kasm earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
