Sebastian Thorpe

Associate, Asset Management

Mr. Thorpe is an Associate responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Thorpe is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Thorpe gained Senior Housing operations experience working as an Asset Manager at Sunrise Senior Living, managing multiple portfolios with over 100 properties.

Mr. Thorpe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Maryland and a Master’s in Business and Management from University of Maryland.
