Mr. Patel is a Senior Analyst responsible for supporting the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of the company. Mr. Patel is focused on the acquisition of stabilized and opportunistic projects as well as the asset management of the firm’s investments.

Mr. Patel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo and is pursuing his Graduate degree from USC Marshall School of Business.
