Grace Wang

Associate, Asset Management

Ms. Wang is an Asset Manager responsible for supporting the asset management activities of IRA Capital. Prior to IRA Capital, Ms. Wang worked at Manulife Investment Management, where she focused on managing assets in the US west coast, including a Singapore REIT office portfolio, a multifamily fund and an industrial portfolio total in exceeding $2B. She started her career as a property appraiser with Cushman & Wakefield based in San Francisco Bay Area.

Ms. Wang earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Hong Kong with distinctions.
