Daniel Sitz

Managing Director, Asset Management

Mr. Sitz is a Managing Director at IRA Capital. He joined IRA in 2014 and is responsible for the oversight of the company’s diverse portfolio including directing asset management, leasing, development, financing, 3rd party management, and dispositions. Prior to IRA Capital, he worked as an investment sales associate with Marcus & Millichap in West Los Angeles and as a leasing agent with Avison Young. Throughout his career, Mr. Sitz has been involved in the acquisition and asset management of properties across multiple product types totaling more than 8.3 million square feet and valued in excess of $2.8 billion. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology, with honors, and earned a Certificate in Finance from UCLA.
