Mr. Lee is a Senior Associate responsible for the asset management and acquisition activities of the company. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Lee worked at Healthpeak (NYSE:PEAK), a publicly traded S&P 500 real estate investment trust (REIT), where he worked on the investment and asset management teams focusing primarily on seniors housing, life science, and medical office real estate. Mr. Lee has completed over $500M of real estate transactions and $250M of developments over his career.

Mr. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
