Andrew Ciarfalia

Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Ciarfalia is a Vice President responsible for asset management of the company’s senior housing portfolio. Prior to IRA Capital, Mr. Ciarfalia spent 12 years at Sunrise Senior Living in various positions. As VP of Asset Management, he managed a portfolio of more than 100 communities throughout the US and Canada on behalf of institutional owners, overseeing major renovations and improvement projects at more than 30 communities. As Vice President of FP&A, he managed the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for both Sunrise corporate and community operations, conducted strategic performance analysis of Sunrise’s operating portfolio, and led the Data Analysis team.

Mr. Ciarfalia earned a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, graduating with honors and distinction, from the University of Rochester.
