IRA acquired a 159,746 SF three-building office campus that was 100% leased to Glaukos Corporation (NYSE: GKOS).
Glaukos identified the site for a major renovation that would reposition the campus to serve as the Company’s in-house lab (Wet/Chem/Dry), supported by its administrative headquarters in buildings 2 & 3.
After Closing, IRA worked closely with Glaukos to facilitate the buildout of 28,000 SF of highly specialized lab space including nine clean rooms.
Additionally, the renovation included a a 1-acre park, cafeteria, gym, and conference rooms which helped transform the property into a top tier life science campus.
